Chris,
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but those mods are not finished. SOE (Storm Over Europe) is being worked on and the other two have not even started production.
If you have abilities creating mods you can apply to be member of the mod team.
Link for consideration of joining the team

Ok...I am a bit surprised by this because it was my understanding from the civfanatics forum that they were finished years ago. Perhaps their information is wrong, or I may have misunderstood. I do have some mod creating experience myself, not so much in the graphics part of it, but I have pretty much taught myself how to edit the pediaicons files as well as the civ3 map editor. If there is any way I can be of assistance to the team I will gladly throw my two cents in. I do understand how time consuming and tedious such a project can be. I have downloaded many of wyrmshadow's units from civfanatics and have put them into existing WWII type mods, but unfortunately have lost these folders (long story). Thank you, BadKharma, for your assistance.

There was an earlier version of SoE but it has not been available for download for several years.

I must say it is a bit strange that it would be removed before a newer version would be released....they must have been disappointed with how it turned out or something. Any word on how long until the new version will be ready?

Chris,

The only version that was released was for PTW. There was never a C3C version released as we all have had RL issues that put it on hold.

Btw i see u're in NC, May i ask where. I'm down on the beach in Wilm.

It wasn't taken down so much as lost when the server we were using was lost.

Recon1591..I'm from the research triangle area of NC. Love the wilm area, especially the battleship MarineCorps...thank you for your information. I have learned so much from you guys, thanks for taking the time to help me out. Im sure my patience will pay off when the newer version is released. I just downloaded a WWII mod from civfanatics titled "Hinge of Fate". No disrespect to the creator, but I was a bit disappointed in it. I also have downloaded a map from there I thought would be perfect for a WWII mod titled EuropeXXLb. Its pretty sweet...has the east coast included. If i have a good amount of time to spend I may try to throw a few cities on it Anyways, thanks again for all your assistance. Peace
