I noticed something whilst browsing the sub forums. If one clicks on the "Mod Forums" section of the link at the top of the page you get to see private folders that are not visible at the root directory (Storm Over Civilization Forums). When you click on a private folder however you are taken to a public sub forum. I also tried unsuccessfully to submit a quick post reply to a thread and only a portion of my post was saved. No matter how many times I edited my original post it would not save. I finally just deleted my post. |

Well what I mean is I know I do not have access to some of the private forums, yet I can see what forums exist even though I have no access to them. My experience with my own forums as well as visiting others is that if one does not have access to certain areas of the forums, then they do not even have the ability to see what the name of those forums are since they should be hidden from view.
The other bug I had with the posting seems to be not reproduceable and I suspect it was something wrong with the computer I was using at the time. (i.e. work computer with corporate security software installed) |

Bit of an unusual question: Why the hell are the usernames different colors? Is that signifying rights/privileges of some kind?
Just something I always wondered about.

In a way yes. Red means Owner. Which is me, BK, and recon. Blue means Admin which is Blue Lion and Eljusto. Green means super mod. The other colors are for mod groups. The mod groups get to see the private forum of that group
